I am Dr Jeremiah Lawrence Pamer. I am a family medicine physician, working in the trenches of primary care. I am a doctor, yes but strive to not be defined by such designations. I continue to document the world around me, and love the little corner of the Pacific Northwest we've settled in. I've been writing, in spurts, a blog for over 10 years.
